If you're unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We will provide instructions for returning your item. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to dissatisfaction or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
